My stay at the hotel was mostly positive. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but there were some issues with water leakage during heavy rain. The location was convenient for exploring the east side of ELP but had a slight odor issue. The service was friendly and accommodating, making it a good choice for families. While the dining experience was acceptable, there were some deficiencies like the lack of hot water and tea bags. The hotel facilities were adequate for my needs.
The hotel had spacious rooms that were clean but in need of some maintenance. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being extremely rude while others were helpful. Despite some drawbacks, the location offered great amenities like a pool and a nice lobby with a piano. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good variety of food available.
My stay at the hotel felt like a decent 2-star experience overall. The memory foam mattress in the room was a nice touch, and despite a late room change at 10:30 pm, the upgrade to a working area was appreciated. However, the location was not the best, being in a cery dangerous area, and the room was near the airport, which wasn't ideal.
